Small-Group Personal Training sessions are full body, Strength and Conditioning sessions designed to improve functional movement patterns and stability. Focusing on increasing muscular strength and aerobic capacity.
All movements are regressed or progressed depending on your ability and is suitable for all fitness levels. Each session will run for 50-55 minutes.

Engine Room
Engine room is a cardiovascular based sessions designed to improve your Aerobic Capacity. You can expect Assault Bikes and Erg's combined with Bodyweight exercises to burn calories, get a sweat on and build our ENGINE!
All movements are regressed or progressed depending on your ability and is suitable for all fitness levels. Each session runs for 45 minutes.

Build
Build is a hybrid of all our sessions with a mix of strength training, capacity work and some good old fashioned body building! Sure to be a fun session, work up a sweat and chase a pump. The perfect Friday session!
