Small Group Personal Training is the heart of what we do - less like a class, more like one-to-one! We’ll personally coach you in a small group of up to 5 members. This means we can tailor our sessions to you as an individual.

MOVE WELL AND GET FITTER WITH OUR FREE CLASSES.

We include bonus classes alongside our small group personal training to compliment and improve your all round fitness. We take away the guess work from your training and help you stay consistent and accountable.

COMMUNITY

It’s at the heart of what we do here at JTFIT and we’ve worked hard to create a supportive and friendly environment. Gyms get a bad rap so we make a conscious effort to make sure this isn’t an intimidating place. We have different socials and strive to be more than just a gym!

Where are you based?

You’ll find us on the Anglo Trading Estate, JTFIT, Commercial Rd, Shepton Mallet BA4 5BY

When do session run?

We have over 30 hours a week for you to pick from. From 6am to 8:30pm. We also run sessions on a Saturday morning!

How do I start?

If you register your email we can then talk you through the whole process or you can purchase your trial directly through TeamUP.

You are only committing to our 30 day experience to get a taste of JTFIT. We can discuss membership options with you during your trial if you love it. If you don’t, no hard feelings. Always happy to help!

What happens after the 30-Day trial?

Will I hold people up?

Absolutely not! We’ll give you all the help you need to ease yourself in, we serve a wide range of abilities so changes can always be made. It’s still personal!

Do you have a couples membership?

We do indeed! Once you’ve both finished your 30-Day trial’s we can get the couples membership sorted for you. If you’d like to learn more about this please let us know!
